City of San Antonio Disparity Study Analysis
In November 2006, the City of San Antonio contracted with MGT of America Inc. to provide an analysis of the utilization of small, minority, and women-owned businesses available to engage in local government contracting opportunities.

This disparity study evaluates the effectiveness of the City of San Antonio’s current policy and programs used to eliminate barriers-of-entry for disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned business enterprises.  Please visit http://www.sanantonio.gov/edd/small_business/disparity_study.asp , to view the full report and recommendations for the development of new practices to further increase equal opportunities for small businesses.
