Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas 19th Annual State Conference
In observance of National Hispanic Heritage Month and in keeping with its mission of celebrating the positive image and values of our heritage, the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas (HWNT) announces its key event “Hispanas In Leadership…Embracing the Challenges,” a two-day conference which will offer exceptional training opportunities to women. HWNT will hold its annual state conference October 7 – 9, 2005 at the Omni Hotel, offering top-notch speakers and a variety of workshops for women of all walks-of-life. The three keynote speakers are the Honorable Anna Escobedo Cabral, U. S. Treasurer; Cecilia Elizondo Herrera, Assistant Chief of Protocol for Management and Executive Director of the Office of the Chief of Protocol for the Department of State and the White House; and Josefina Hooker, Owner/President of Freedom Pontiac Buick GMC Truck, Odessa Texas.
