Officials with the Texas Lyceum, one of the state's preeminent non-profit, non-partisan leadership organizations, will swear in their 2010 president, 44 year-old Midland City Councilman and entrepreneur John James, in addition to, twenty new Directors at their February conference in San Antonio.
