Cancellations must be submitted in writing via fax five (5) working days before the event. Substitutions are allowed. No-shows will be billed if not cancelled by the deadline date. 
Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability. 

In the event of inclement weather, the tournament will be rescheduled. Refunds due to inclement weather cannot be accommodated.
