Bid Out Reach System (BOS) List
We inform members of requests for bids from contracting agencies
before this information is made public.
Business Meet & Greet
A monthly business networking event held in the morning. Last Tuesday
of every month excluding December.
Access to Capital program
A program designed to uncover or create sources of capital available
to small, minority, and woman-owned businesses through partnerships
with various lending institutions in our community.
Meet the Buyer Seminars
A series of seminars designed to educate Hispanic Chamber
members on current procurement practices of local public and private
contracting entities.
Free Trade Alliance San Antonio
Free membership in the Free Trade Alliance San Antonio and open
access to all programs including trade missions, educational seminars,
matchmaking assistance and resources.
US to Mexico Economic Outlook Conference
A half day conference providing insight on doing business with Mexico.
Hispanic Chamber SA to DC Trip
A two-day conference held in conjunction with U.S. Hispanic
Chamber of Commerce. The chamber leads a delegation of members to
meet with top U.S. Government officials and local Congressional
Representatives to discuss small business and international trade
issues.
Hispanic Chamber Business Awards Banquet
Provides the opportunity for member businesses to be recognized.
The Emerging Business Awards honors a member who is a small business
start-up and has proven to be an exceptional entrepreneur. The Business
Achievement Award acknowledges the valuable efforts of our more
established member businesses that have made improvements to our
city’s economy and quality of life.
Hispanic Chamber Leadership Development Programs
Alexander E. Briseño Leadership Development
Program (ABLDP)-this program brings together individuals from diverse
backgrounds to cultivate their experiences and creatively examine
their identity as leaders, professionals and contributors to their
community.
Leadership San Antonio (LSA)-A jointly sponsored program of the
Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Greater San Antonio
Chamber of Commerce. It provides a learning experience for
existing and emerging leaders of Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe and Wilson
Counties. Participants of the program are given the opportunity
to develop an understanding of the promises and challenges facing
our communities.
Community Minority Business
Advancement Program (CMBA)- A 45-hour professional development curriculum
designed for small business owners and managers whose companies have been in
operation for at least one year.
Entrepreneurial Growth Program
(EGP) - a certificate program designed to provide owners and managers of small
to mid-sized businesses with the tools to aggressively grow their companies,
create jobs, and contribute to the economic health of the San Antonio community.
Boards and Commissions
Resource for businesses and organizations seeking qualified Hispanics
to serve on boards and commissions.
