San Antonio law firm deftly reorganizes and hires fresh talent

(San Antonio, Texas) – September 18, 2017 – In anticipation of the retirement of community leader and Linebarger San Antonio’s COO Carri Baker later this year, Linebarger is reorganizing and adding new employees.
Capital Partner, Lilia Gibson has been with Linebarger for 14 years and is now assuming the day-to-day operational and client responsibilities. Gibson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin, and her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Throughout her professional legal career, Gibson has held roles of Assistant City Attorney and Employee Relations Officer. She is experienced in delinquent tax collection, employment law, and representation of governmental entities as

 general counsel and in litigation. Gibson began her career with Linebarger in the Edinburg, Texas office and is a frequent presenter of property tax related topics.
