New Home Sales Declined in June
Sales of newly built homes in the U.S. dropped in June to the lowest level in five months, showing that the recovery of the housing market remains uneven. According to the Department of Commerce, new single-family home sales decreased by 8.4% from May to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 350,000.
