Position Details:

We are actively searching for an Employee Benefits Account Manager who will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting with enrollments, claims, and escalated service issues. In this role, you will work specifically with employee groups and public sector groups. The AM will also assist with eligibility questions, providing ID cards, and building benefits packages.

Requirements:

To be a successful candidate for this position, individuals must have a very strong understanding of Employee Group Benefits, an active Texas General Lines Insurance Life & Health License, and 5 years of experience with Employee Benefits, excellent interpersonal skills, provide team with support, motivation and accountability, and be comfortable working extended hours as needed. Experience with Zywave Brokerage Bulder and HR Connection preferred.
