Position Details:

We are actively searching for a Retirement Planning Sales Manager to be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team of our Retirement Planning Division. The Responsibilities of a Sales Manager include developing, managing, and monitoring sales goals, leading the sales team, assisting agents, identifying cross selling opportunities, and providing customer support. In this role the Sales Manager is also an active member of the team and contributes to their team’s success by setting and meeting their own sales goals.

Requirements:

To be a successful candidate for this position, individuals must have a very strong understanding of the products and services offered within the division, Active Series 6 and Series 63 Licenses, at least 3 years of Sales Management experience, and 5 years of Retirement Planning Sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, provide team with support, motivation and accountability, and be comfortable working extended hours as needed.
