Pearl gets spicy with 3rd Annual Corona Paella Challenge

Things will once again heat up at the Pearl Brewery as San Antonio’s “Most Delicious Event” returns for the third year. The 3rd Annual Corona Paella Challenge hosted by Chef Johnny Hernandez will take place Sunday, March 11 at the Pearl Brewery from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Pre-sale tickets are now available for the popular culinary event at $50 for individuals 12 years and older and $25 for children under 12. 

The Paella Challenge brings together culinary greats from across the nation and Latin America to compete in an Iron Chef-style competition celebrating the quintessential dish of Spain. This year’s event will feature Top Chefs Texas season nine contestants, Lindsay Autry, Palm Beach, Fl and Ty-Lör Boring, New York, NY.  Joining the Top Chefs will be Chef Susanna Trilling, author and food consultant from Oaxaca, Mexico.
