Telemundo’s “Un Nuevo Dia” celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month from San Antonio
The Morning Co-Host Ana Maria Canseco Returns to the Alamo City and Joins in Celebrating the 25th Year Anniversary for Telemundo San Antonio
WHAT – Telemundo’s Emmy-award winning daily morning show “Un Nuevo Día” will air live from San Antonio’s Arneson River Theater on Monday, September 15 and Tuesday, September 16 from 5 AM – 9 AM CT to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and Telemundo San Antonio 25th year anniversary.
“Un Nuevo Dia” co-host Ana Maria Canseco, who was also a former entertainment anchor for Telemundo San Antonio, returns to the Alamo City to air two back-to-back live programs.
Telemundo San Antonio aired for the first time on September 10, 1989.
WHO – Ana Maria Canseco, co-host, “Un Nuevo Dia” – Friendly by nature and known for her catchphrase “Échate pa’cá” (“Come on over here”), has become a favorite amongst U.S. Hispanic audiences. In the fall of 2013 she joined Telemundo as co-host of “Un Nuevo Día.” Ana María was named one of People en Espanol’s 50 Most Beautiful and was master of ceremonies for the White House’s “Cinco de Mayo” celebration with President George W. Bush and the First Lady.
Hosted by Rashel Diaz, Adamari López, Ana Maria Canseco, Daniel Sarcos and Diego Schoening, “Un Nuevo Día” offers a daily mix of information, entertainment and comedy together with health, beauty and fashion tips. The show also features Chef James’ special recipes, as well as news updates with Neida Sandoval.
