Weekly Member Highlight: Alamo Tees & Advertising
Owned by Leo Saavedra, Art De Los Santos, Mike Anderson, James Lawson, and John Lawson, Alamo Tees & Advertising is known for swift adaptation of meeting the marketing needs for all of their customers. Since their inception in 1991, Alamo Tees has been a company of growth. Alamo Tees started out as a small “cut and sew” business manufacturing t-shirts for local screen printers in San Antonio, Texas. Their business quickly grew by incorporating in-house graphic design and screen printing to their services. Due to an increase of imports from Mexico and other countries, Alamo Tees’ focus changed from manufacturing to decorating. They added embroidery to their list of services to meet other customer needs. Many of their customers were using one company for screen printing, another company for embroidery, and yet a third company for promotional products. They decided to offer their customers a one stop shop solution.
Today, they continue their tradition of adaptation with the addition of our new Digital Graphics department where their customers can design Banners, Signs and Window Graphics for their business, school or organization. They are constantly upgrading their equipment, improving processes, and adding the latest technology to offer customers the most complete one stop solution for all their marketing needs.
Alamo Tees offers custom imprinted apparel, silk screened t-shirts, custom embroidery, customized promotional products, personalized micro stores and online fundraising for your business.
Success and Satisfaction
In early 2012, Alamo Tees & Advertising was looking to make new contacts and one of the first chambers they looked at was the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. With the Hispanic Chamber’s assistance they were able to build key relationships and add many new customers to their customer base. Their strong connections with many businesses in San Antonio has helped their business grow tremendously.
