Workshop overview
A 4-hour, hands-on workshop that takes about 50 small business owners from "what is this?" to a working AI Chief of Staff built on their own documents. It moves from historical context to tactical execution, then closes on two questions every owner should ask next:

  1. How my business sees AI: Are we ready to use it?
  2. How AI sees my business: Will it point customers to us?

  • Attendees leave with:A plain-language understanding of how LLMs work and where they fail
  • A five-point checklist for using AI safely and well in their business
  • Their AI Readiness type and the hurdle it points to
  • A working Chief of Staff agent loaded with their own documents
  • A clear picture of how AI search affects whether customers find them
