The REALTOR® Academy is partnering with the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC) to offer a free TREC-approved CE class, Overcoming the Down Payment Hurdle. REALTORS® will learn about down payment and closing cost assistance programs, mortgage tax credits, and resources that help more Texans achieve homeownership. Attendees will earn 1 CE credit while gaining practical tools to better serve first-time homebuyers, veterans, educators, first responders, and other underserved markets.
