AI Ambition Meets Data Reality
Time: 9:30 am-10:30 am
Location: Zoom
Your board is asking about AI. A competitor just launched something and the urgency is real. So the conversation goes straight to technology, which vendor, what the architecture looks like, cloud or on-premise. A contract gets signed, then someone asks what data this is actually going to run on. That question is where most AI initiatives fall apart. Not because the technology failed, because the foundation was never assessed before the ambition started moving. That is the conversation we are having on March 24. In one hour you will walk away with:
- A clear picture of where your data foundation actually stands today
- The gaps that are getting in the way before you even get to AI
- A plan that connects strategy to execution
- Novus Data Journeys brings the strategic framework. Matrix brings the technical execution. Together, we're bridging the gap between planning and progress.
