Jayne Frasure, MBA, SPHR

Jayne has worked in HR for more than 30 years and is considered to be a subject matter expert in the areas of leaves of absence and Americans with Disabilities, Employee Relations and Training. With Jayne’s extensive experience in employee relations, she is able to handle the most complex employee issues. Jayne is also strong in the areas of job description development and compensation.
Prior to joining SWBC, Jayne worked as HR Operations Director for a healthcare research company. She was responsible for the full HR lifecycle including talent acquisition and development, compensation, employee engagement, retention and employee relations.
Jayne graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Montana and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She also holds her SPHR certificate (HRCI) along with certifications in the following areas:
- Human Performance Improvement (HPI)
- Change Management (Prosci)
- Change Management Train the Trainer (Prosci)
- Training Development (ATD)
- Certified Executive Coach
