Benjamin A. Jung
With over two decades of leadership in marketing, communications, and business operations, Benjamin A. Jung is a results-driven innovator dedicated to delivering meaningful impact through customer-centric strategies and community-focused engagement. Currently serving as the Energy2Business Liaison at CPS Energy, Ben leads initiatives that bridge the gap between utility services and the small business community, driving awareness, retention, and brand loyalty.
Ben has successfully led cross-functional teams, built strategic partnerships, and presented nationally recognized programs at premier conferences, including Chartwell EMACS and CS Week, where he shared his insights on enhancing the customer experience for utility customers. His work has been acknowledged through accolades such as Chartwell’s 2025 Bronze Award for Excellence in Serving Business Customers, Honorable Mention for the Chartwell Best Practices Award (2024), and the Distinguished Service Award from the Alamo City Black Chamber of Commerce (2024).
Ben an alum from the 2025 CPS Energy’s Emerging Leader Cohort, also a South Texas Business Partnership Committee Member, and a lifelong advocate for mentorship and inclusion. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and continues to push boundaries in how utility organizations connect with their customers.

Kyle Joseph
Kyle Joseph is a Commercial Business Development Officer with Bank of America, covering the Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, and New Mexico markets. He brings a relationship-driven approach to banking, focused on delivering strategic financial solutions that help businesses grow, scale, and succeed over the long term.
Kyle joined Bank of America in 2016 as a Small Business Banker and was promoted to Small Business Banking Manager in 2022. In 2024, he advanced to the role of Senior Commercial Relationship Manager, where he continues to deepen client relationships and provide customized financial strategies tailored to each business’s unique needs.
Throughout his career at Bank of America, Kyle has been a consistent top performer, earning recognition at both the national and regional levels. His leadership and engagement are reflected through numerous honors and roles, including Valiant Award winner, Western Division Employee Engagement Council Member, National Sales Tools Champion, Austin Key Talent Member, Small Business Spotlight Champion, Small Business Banker New Hire Mentor, and Texas Region Mentorship Program Mentee.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Kyle spent eight years as a Branch Manager and Business Development Officer, serving businesses with annual revenues ranging from $5 million to $50 million. In this role, he specialized in complex credit structures and relationship-based banking, providing tailored financial guidance to support business growth and operational excellence.
Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Abilene Christian University. He is married to his wife, Sophia, and together they have two children, Kylie and Kaden. Outside of work, Kyle is passionate about coaching youth sports and helping individuals reach their personal and professional goals a mindset that defines the way he builds trust, leads teams, and serves clients both inside and outside the bank.
