She began her journey in the construction industry a traditionally male-dominated field-where she developed a strong foundation in process improvement and organizational development. Today, she leverages these skills to help reshape the narrative around Supplier Diversity and the critical role of small, local, and diverse businesses.
As the owner of Royal Entertainment and Royal Consulting Firm, Crystal has worked closely with entrepreneurs, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by small business owners. She carries this expertise into her current role as Supplier Diversity Program Manager at H-E-B, where she is dedicated to expanding opportunities and driving meaningful inclusion for diverse suppliers.
Crystal firmly believes that small, local, and diverse businesses are the backbone of a strong Texas economy.
